Crazy May!

May has been a REALLY busy month for the Zervis family. Not only has the weather been crazy but our schedule has been as well. Nick also turned 8 months. He's growing so fast. We will try to give you the condensed version of some of the highlights.

May 3rd - Cinco De Drinko (aka: Graham and Joanna visit) - Although this was really an event for his parents, Nick managed to have a good time. Joanna and Graham came up from California for the party and to meet Nick which was really cool. During the weekend we enjoyed a few drinks with friends at the Cinco De Drinko party, had a wonderful dinner at Fratelli's, and spent the day at Skamania and the fish hatchery in the Columbia Gorge. We think we may have convinced them to move here but we shall see.

May 10th - Andrew Ryan and Hillary's wedding - For the first time in Nick's short life, his parents left him for the weekend with his Grandma Julie so they could enjoy Andrew and Hillary's wedding in Baker City, Oregon. It was a great weekend spent with old friends. Both Nick and his mom survived. Congratulations to the new couple!

Major Heat Wave! - Believe it or not, a few weeks ago it was snowing, then we had record heat for about a week. Highs were in the upper 90s. Unfortunately for Nick, his parents didn't want to buy him a fancy kiddie pool and instead offered up the galvanized steel drink tub from the party. Nick didn't complain too much and found it to be just the right size.

Hanging out with Ethan and Matthew - Kristen's Aunt Jo and Uncle Jim were in town to babysit Jim and Sarah's twins. On the hottest day of the heat wave, Kristen and Nick went out to visit. Nick had alot of fun playing with the big boys as you can see from the pictures.
