For those of you who read the blog often, you know how much we LOVE Priest Lake Idaho. When I was little, we went there every summer, we were married there, and we have been going there with the Falkner family for the last 2 years. This year, the tradition continued. We skied, swam, built sand castles, ate and drank a ton. The kids are finally at the age where they can play fairly independently and surprisingly, no one was afraid of the water this year. The kids even went tubing! We all had a great time and look forward to next years trip.

kristen - i always think of your kids' ages and can't wait to get there! i know not to wish away this sweet baby stage w/ tatem, but at the same time, i LOVE that your kids are starting to be able to play and have fun a little more independently! gives me hope :)
