Today Nick had his second experience on the slopes and he was a rock star! Chris's goal with both kids is to get them on skis, every year of their lives. So far, success! This year Nick started off on the strap on skis (they strap to your boots). His feet are so big that the straps kept coming off. Luckily, he is just barely big enough to fit in to the rental skis, so we grabbed a pair and off he went. We spent the morning at Mt Hood Meadows with the Stapleton's (Mark, Karen, Jackson, and Marie) and their parents, Mike and Mirnie. The weather was great! Leah slept most of the time and Nick kept wanting to go back. But his favorite part of the whole day was the chair lift. Pure excitement! If you buy a kids day ticket you get a free season pass so he even got his pass. It's pretty cute :).
