So the last post we had was way in the beginning of December. Yikes! I am a bit behind. Well, let's see, it's been busy, that is for sure. Christmas this year was a bit crazier with two kids, one being a toddler. Nick was a little more into the whole present thing but not much. Christmas eve we spent at JuJu's house. Nick, Sloan and Caleb had a blast opening presents and playing with their new toys. Leah, she preferred the wrapping paper. That evening, we drove to Spokane, arriving just past midnight. It was an early morning with an excited Nick. No, not for presents but to see Babo and Nana. We spent the morning opening presents with the family and the afternoon with Kristen's mom's family. The Tuesday we returned, Nick got tubes in his ears (yuck) and on Thursday we left for the beach with Paul, Laura, Reese and Celeste, Seth and Piper. Nick loved the sand and would like to return to Nene's beach soon.
But the highlight of Christmas was the gift from my parents. A Nikon D3000. Needless to say, I am in heaven. Pictures just got a whole lot more fun. You will see the difference, from Christmas Day on. So exciting!
